Returns and Refunds

We take great pride at Mr. Moxey’s in the quality of our products and the service in getting them to you. If you have an issue with your order or are not completely satisfied with the product received, please contact us at hello@mrmoxeys.com and we will be more than happy to help fix the issue. 

You can return your goods within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. Please ensure the item(s) being returned has been directly purchased from this website and they are repacked with all the elements they were received with. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the items.
